Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tele Caller role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. Tele Callers will make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce company services, clarify requirements, and support lead generation activities.

Responsibilities include explaining digital marketing, AI, and development offerings, answering queries, qualifying leads, and updating call records in CRM or tracking systems. The role involves following call scripts where required, meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and providing feedback from conversations to improve campaigns and messaging.



Tele Callers are expected to maintain professional communication standards, handle objections, and ensure a positive experience for every contact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, active listening, and confident telephone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess sales and customer engagement skills, such as lead qualification, basic persuasion and negotiation, objection handling, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including accurate data entry, maintaining call logs and reports, and managing follow-ups and schedules.
- Candidates should possess basic technical and product understanding, with the ability to learn and explain digital marketing, AI solutions, and app/website development services to prospects.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and professionalism, including resilience under pressure, target orientation, and a positive, service-focused attitude.
- Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred, especially in IT, digital services, or related industries.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Comfort working full-time on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area and willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
