Job opening for Telecaller for Kalyan & Thane location

Job Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Respond to student enquiries and provide detailed information about IT training courses.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
- Schedule counselling sessions and follow up with interested candidates.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Coordinate with the admissions and training teams regarding batch schedules.
- Achieve monthly enquiry follow-up and admission targets.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with students and parents.
- Update student records and follow-up status in the CRM or database.

Requirements




- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Valuable convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
