Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in the Pune Division.

The Tele

Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with potential and existing customers, provide information about the company’s financial and real estate services, and respond to basic queries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, and following up on leads to support sales and service teams. The role involves explaining product features, scheduling appointments or site visits, and forwarding complex queries to relevant team members.

Caller is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in a clear, professional manner, with the ability to explain services and respond to customer questions effectively.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfort with call management systems, spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Customer service orientation, with patience, active listening, and the ability to handle objections and maintain positive interactions.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation without close supervision.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business objectives.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales in finance or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further education in commerce, business, or related fields is a plus.
