Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will contact potential customers, explain our digital payment solutions, generate leads, and support the sales team in merchant onboarding.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and merchants.
- Introduce MeraPayment App and explain its features and benefits.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree
- Basic computer/system knowledge is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.





Preferred Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi (mandatory)speaking is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
- Ability to work in a team.

Salary & Benefits
