Skyline Enterprises is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our solar sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our solar energy solutions, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and following up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain solar panel systems, products, and services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments/site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
- Provide skilled and courteous customer service.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
- Confident and polite communication style.
- Sales/customer-handling experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
- Willingness to work towards targets.
