We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Counsellor – Marketing & Admissions to join Narayana e-Techno School, part of the renowned Narayana Group of Educational Institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

- Handle admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms in a qualified manner.

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and students to promote Narayana e-Techno School programs.

- Explain the school’s academic structure, integrated e-Techno curriculum, and admission process.

- Counsel parents effectively and guide them through the enrollment procedures.

- Maintain and update lead records, follow-up details, and conversion data accurately.

- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams during campaigns, parent meets, and events.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and lead conversion targets.

- Ensure excellent communication, follow-up, and customer satisfaction at all times.

- Possess strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in tele counselling, or admissions (education sector preferred).

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
