Tele caller we are looking for telecaller who has to connects with prospective or current clients by phone to generate leads, or resolve support issues. Daily duties include making outbound calls, updating CRM logs, and meeting call quotas. Ideal candidates possess transparent verbal skills, patience, and basic computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to cold or warm leads using company scripts.
- Answer incoming queries and assist customers with product details.
- Update customer information and call results in the CRM Software database.
- Nurture prospects through scheduled follow-up calls.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly conversion and call volume targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with telephone systems and data entry tools.
- Prior experience in sales or customer support is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
