Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller who can connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, introduce Metametics' services, and generate qualified leads or appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and business owners.
- Introduce Metametics and explain our digital marketing services clearly.
- Understand prospects' business needs, challenges, and marketing requirements.
- Qualify leads based on their business, budget, requirements, and interest.
- Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with interested and existing prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Handle basic objections and communicate the value of our services effectively.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Positive follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with targets and handle rejection professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/Google Sheets.

We need someone who is confident, persistent, target-oriented, and comfortable making a high volume of calls. This role is more about generating genuine business conversations than simply making calls.

- Daily outbound calls
- Qualified leads generated
- Meetings/appointments booked
- Follow-up completion rate
- Lead-to-meeting conversion
- Monthly target achievement

Compensation

Incentives: Performance-based incentives for achieving targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
