We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to support our GCC recruitment operations. The role involves contacting potential candidates, explaining available GCC job opportunities, generating candidate leads, and coordinating follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.
- Explain GCC job vacancies, eligibility, salary, and recruitment procedures.
- Generate and maintain candidate leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and call updates.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate screening and selection.
- Support recruitment targets and lead conversion.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates.

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided to selected candidates.
- Previous telecalling, sales, or recruitment experience is an advantage.

Probation Period: 3 Months Work Mode: Full-Time, In office

Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
