We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with students and prospective leads, understand their requirements, provide course-related information, and maintain regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads

- Explain courses, batches, fees, and other relevant information

- Understand student requirements and answer basic queries

- Follow up with interested leads regularly

- Maintain lead and calling records

- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team

- Work towards achieving calling and lead conversion targets

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer calling/sales

- Good Hindi and basic English communication skills

- Confident and transparent communication

- Ability to convince and engage with students

- Comfortable working with calling targets

- EdTech, education, or sales experience will be preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
