Position: Telecaller

Locations: Indore | Jaipur | Chennai | Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospective customers, handling queries, providing relevant information, and supporting the business and collection teams as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers regarding loan products, services, payments, and other business-related requirements.
- Follow up with customers for required documents, pending payments, applications, and other necessary information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Credit, and Collection teams for timely resolution of customer requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and ensure assigned calling targets are achieved.
- Escalate customer complaints or issues to the concerned team whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

- Languages: Must be proficient in Hindi, English,



and Tamil.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer applications.
- Customer-oriented approach with positive listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain follow-ups and work with defined targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, banking, NBFC, financial services, or collections will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Patience and ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualification Graduate preferred, though candidates with relevant experience and strong communication skills may also be considered.
