About the Role

Emperor Bulls is looking for a Telecaller cum Counsellor who is highly sales-driven, confident, and target-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable courses, generating and nurturing leads, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting interested prospects into confirmed admissions.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication, counselling, convincing, follow-up, and sales conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and generate new enquiries.
- Understand the student's career goals, requirements, and interests and recommend suitable courses.
- Have good knowledge of the company's courses, programs, features, benefits, eligibility, and admission process.
- Clearly explain course details, fees, duration, benefits, and other relevant information to prospective students.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, counselling status, and admissions.




- Update and maintain the lead database/CRM on a regular basis.
- Track every lead from initial enquiry → counselling → follow-up → admission.
- Identify potential leads and proactively work on lead generation and conversion opportunities.

Key Skills Required:-

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and conversion mindset.
- Good counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively.
- Good knowledge of courses and educational programs.
- Good data entry and record-maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
