About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads or sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.




- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and work with sales targets.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
