The role involves strategic business development, key account management, tendering, and leading technical sales activities in coordination with engineering and production teams.

Role & responsibilities

Drive B2B and institutional sales and achieve revenue targets

Manage Key Accounts, OEMs, and Government / PSU customers

Lead Tendering activities (technical & commercial bids)

Coordinate with engineering teams for customized technical solutions

Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and pricing

Lead Marketing activities

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E (Electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics)

and MBA in Sales & Marketing

Experience: 210+ years in technical / industrial sales

Industry exposure: Power Electronics / Medical / Defense / Industrial Equipment
