Job Summary The Technology Specialist will design implement and optimize advanced generative AI and context aware solutions using MCP Google Gemini Azure Open AI AWS Bedrock Open AI and Python. The role focuses on building robust context engineering frameworks integrating GitHub Copilot into development workflows and delivering scalable hybrid cloud solutions for travel and hospitality products.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable generative AI solutions using MCP Google Gemini Azure Open AI AWS Bedrock and Open AI to address complex enterprise scenarios in a hybrid work environment.
- Develop robust context engineering frameworks that structure prompts context windows and retrieval flows to improve response accuracy and reliability for business critical applications.
- Build and maintain Python based microservices and pipelines that orchestrate multiple AI models and tools to deliver consistent and resilient end to end solutions.
- Integrate GitHub Copilot into development workflows to enhance coding efficiency enforce best practices and reduce defect rates across project deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs that leverage generative AI platforms and cloud capabilities effectively.
- Optimize inference performance and cost by tuning model parameters selecting suitable model families and implementing caching strategies across cloud providers.
- Implement monitoring and observability for AI services by tracking latency error rates content quality and usage metrics to ensure high service reliability.
- Ensure robust governance for responsible AI use by applying enterprise policies content filters and secure data handling practices across all solutions.
- Create detailed technical documentation and reusable solution patterns that accelerate future projects and support knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Work closely with stakeholders from travel and hospitality products and services to design AI powered features that enhance customer journeys and operational efficiency.
- Conduct experiments and proof of concepts with new capabilities in MCP Google Gemini Azure Open AI and AWS Bedrock to evaluate feasibility and business value.
- Coordinate with DevOps and cloud teams to automate deployment scaling and configuration management for AI workloads across multiple environments.
- Support production systems by analyzing incidents performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive improvements to maintain system stability.
Qualifications
- Possess strong hands on experience in MCP context engineering and orchestration of multiple generative AI models to build reliable enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrate practical proficiency with Google Gemini Azure Open AI AWS Bedrock and Open AI including prompt design fine tuning usage and integration.
- Exhibit advanced Python programming skills covering APIs data processing testing frameworks and packaging for production ready applications.
