About the Role

ANSI Technologies is looking for smart, technically inclined and commercially aware professionals to join us as Technology Solutions Consultants.

We are specifically looking for people who are interested in technology but also enjoy meeting customers, understanding businesses, identifying problems and discovering opportunities where technology can make a difference.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will work as a technology consultant in front of customers understanding their business challenges, discussing possible solutions, identifying new opportunities and working with ANSI Technologies' technical and delivery teams to develop the right solution.

At the same time, you will be responsible for developing these opportunities into new business for ANSI Technologies.

We are open to fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals. For freshers, we are looking for strong communication, curiosity about technology, confidence and the ability to learn quickly.

What You Will Do

Understand Clients & Discover Opportunities

- Meet business owners, CXOs, CIOs, IT leaders and functional teams.
- Understand how the client's business currently operates.
- Identify technology gaps, operational challenges and areas for improvement.
- Ask the right questions to uncover requirements and potential opportunities.
- Study organizations and industries to identify where ANSI Technologies can add value.
- Develop new client relationships and build a pipeline of technology opportunities.

Work as a Technology Consultant
- Conduct initial discovery and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Understand business processes and translate business requirements into possible technology solutions.
- Discuss solution options confidently with customers.
- Present ANSI Technologies' capabilities and recommended approaches.
- Coordinate with solution architects, functional consultants, developers and technology partners for detailed solution design.
- Participate in product demonstrations, solution presentations and technical discussions.
- Help prepare solution proposals, presentations, scope documents and commercial proposals.

Build New Business The consultant will also be expected to actively identify and develop business opportunities.

This includes

- Prospecting and identifying potential customers.
- Market and industry research.




- Networking and relationship development.
- LinkedIn and digital prospecting.
- Reaching out to prospective organizations.
- Following up on identified opportunities.
- Developing existing customer accounts.
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Managing opportunities from initial discussion through proposal and closure.

The objective is not simply to "sell a product", but to understand the customer's business first and then identify where technology can create measurable value. Technology Areas You May Work With

Previous sales experience is not mandatory if you have the technical knowledge, communication ability and willingness to develop business. The Person We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who can walk into a client meeting and comfortably have a conversation such as:

"Tell me how your business works today. What problems are you trying to solve? Where are the bottlenecks? What systems are you currently using? Let us see how technology can help."

We want people who can think beyond a particular software product.

A customer may initially approach us for an ERP requirement, but through discussion you may discover opportunities around CRM, analytics, automation, AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity or managed services.

That ability to discover the larger chance is an important part of this role.
