We're hiring: Technology and Functional Professionals, 2–5 years' experience | Chennai, India

GSOT is expanding its Chennai team, and we're looking for professionals with two to five years of experience to work on Order Management product development and customer implementations.

We're interested in people who've worked in backend or UI development, enterprise application implementation, business analysis, testing, quality engineering, release engineering or DevOps. Previous experience with an Order Management System is valuable, but it isn't essential. Experience in related areas such as ecommerce, retail, supply chain, ERP, WMS, POS, integration platforms or enterprise software products is just as relevant to us.

With more than 50 implementations delivered across 15 countries, GSOT has built genuine depth as an Order Management specialist. Our teams work across product engineering, solution design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment and production support, and this is a chance to build your career alongside people who've done this work for a long time.

We're recruiting across four areas

Software and UI Development

You could be a good fit here if you have hands-on programming or user-interface development experience, and you've worked with some of the following:

- Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or other enterprise programming languages
- React, Angular or similar modern UI frameworks
- HTML, CSS and responsive web application development
- REST APIs, web services and system integrations
- SQL and relational databases
- Backend services, user interfaces or product extensions
- Debugging, performance analysis and production issue resolution




- Converting functional requirements or UX designs into practical, user-friendly interfaces

In this track, you'll be contributing to product features, web-based user interfaces, implementation extensions, APIs, integrations and technical problem-solving.

Functional Consulting and Implementation

We're looking for people with experience in business analysis, functional consulting, enterprise application implementation or operational process design.

That might include requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, functional specifications, configuration, integration analysis, testing, user acceptance testing or production support. If you've worked around order processing, inventory, fulfilment, ecommerce, retail, warehouses, customer service or returns, that experience will be particularly useful here.

Testing and Quality Engineering

You might be a strong fit if you have experience in functional, integration, API, user-interface, regression or automated testing.

You'll help define test scenarios, validate end-to-end business processes, investigate defects, support automation, and make sure solutions are genuinely ready for customer and production use.

Release Engineering and DevOps

We're interested in people with experience in areas such as:

- Build and deployment automation




- CI/CD pipelines and source control
- Linux and scripting
- Docker, Kubernetes or containerised applications
- Cloud platforms and environment management
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and release coordination

In this track, you'll support application environments, deployment processes, release readiness and the reliable day-to-day operation of our products and customer solutions.

What we're looking for

We don't expect any one candidate to have experience across all four areas. What we're really after is strong capability in at least one track, along with:

- Two to five years of relevant professional experience
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to take ownership of your work
- Clear communication and documentation
- A genuine interest in learning enterprise Order Management
- Comfort working with product, technical, functional and customer teams
