We're hiring a Knowledge Base & Video Content Specialist at EdisonOS!

EdisonOS is a digital learning platform used by tutors and test-prep companies to build and scale their online programs. As we grow, we need someone who can make our product easy to learn — through great help articles and great videos.

If you love explaining things clearly, enjoy being on camera (or at least behind a screen recording), and want full ownership of a high-impact content function, this role is for you.

- Own and maintain our knowledge base and internal wiki — keep it organized, accurate, and up to date
- Write explicit, step-by-step help articles with screenshots for customers
- Record product tutorials and feature walkthroughs in Loom
- Create sales videos — product demos and explainers our sales team uses with prospects
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to document every new feature as it ships
- Audit and refresh existing content so nothing goes stale

- 1–3 years in technical writing, content creation, or customer education (SaaS a plus)
- Excellent written English — you can turn a complex feature into simple steps
- Confident recording screen walkthroughs with voiceover
- Familiar with tools like Loom, Notion, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar (or quick to learn)
- Basic video editing skills (trimming, captions, annotations)
- Organized, curious, and eager to learn the product deeply

- EdTech or test-prep industry experience
- Sales enablement or demo video experience
