Mobile Service Trainer –

Role: Mobile Service Trainer

Department: Training / Service

Reports To: Training Manager / Service Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct technical training for mobile phone service technicians.
- Train technicians on smartphone hardware, software, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Provide hands-on training for motherboard-level repair, soldering, component identification, and fault diagnosis.
- Explain service manuals, circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical procedures.
- Train teams on new mobile models, technologies, tools, and repair techniques.
- Evaluate technicians through practical and theoretical assessments.
- Identify skill gaps and provide corrective coaching.
- Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and practical exercises.
- Monitor technician performance after training and provide feedback.
- Ensure technicians follow company quality, safety, ESD, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the service/technical team to resolve complex repair issues.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree or ITI certification in electronics, electrical, or a related field.
- Solid experience in mobile phone repair and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Android/iOS smartphones and electronic components.
- Hands-on experience with motherboard repair, soldering, and diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train both beginners and experienced technicians.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience: Typically 3–7 years in mobile servicing/repair, with relevant training experience.

KPIs: Training effectiveness, technician pass rate, repair quality, repeat-repair reduction, productivity, and trainee skill improvement

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
