About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead – AI/ML who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

- Design enterprise AI & ML solutions
- Lead AI Engineers and Data Scientists
- Drive solution architecture
- Build production-grade AI systems
- Work directly with retail clients
- Own technical delivery from discovery to deployment

You'll spend time both writing production-quality code and mentoring your engineering team.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

- Design end-to-end AI/ML solution architecture
- Lead technical discovery workshops with enterprise clients
- Define scalable ML pipelines and deployment strategies
- Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews
- Establish engineering best practices
- Build reusable AI accelerators and frameworks

Team Leadership
- Mentor Data Scientists and AI Engineers
- Drive sprint planning and technical execution
- Ensure high-quality delivery across projects
- Guide technical decision-making
- Foster engineering excellence and continuous learning

Client Engagement
- Translate business problems into AI solutions
- Present technical approaches to business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Build trusted client relationships

Required QualificationsExperience
- 10+ years in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
- Experience leading technical teams




- Robust experience delivering enterprise AI projects
- Proven experience in Retail Analytics or Retail AI
- Experience deploying production ML systems
