Sumeru Digital is hiring! We're looking for a sharp, personable Technical Support cum Project Coordinator to be the bridge between our clients and our tech team.
What you'll do
- Handle client communication across WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Understand, sort, and track customer issues through to resolution
- Test software, identify bugs, and file clear bug reports
- Coordinate project updates between clients and internal teams
- Use AI tools to automate routine work (we'll train you)
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills — written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- A pleasant, client-facing personality
- Prior experience is a plus — freshers welcome,
we'll train the right person
- Comfort with (or curiosity about) AI tools
