Technical Support Executive – Biometric
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Fresher
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Joining: Immediate Joiner
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for biometric devices and software.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for issue resolution.
- Maintain service records and support documentation.
- Visit client locations when required.
Requirements
- Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
