Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Document all interactions with customers using CRM software for accurate tracking and reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in international technical support or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective voice support over the phone or via video conferencing tools like Zoom/Skype.
