Job Summary

Seeking a qualified with both engineering expertise and project management capabilities to drive product development, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage technical and sourcing requirements, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage and collaborate with suppliers to drive product development activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, technical requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to support new product development and product change initiatives.
- Serve as a resource on projects and work assignments; apply project management principles and business understanding to achieve project goals.
- Identify, track, and work with stakeholders to resolve project issues and mitigate technical and sourcing risks.
- Monitor and communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to the project team.
- Support budget planning, tracking, research, and analytical activities; contribute to project plans and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, databases, and metrics, and provide regular updates to project leadership.
- Collaborate with suppliers, product engineers, and technology teams to support the successful execution of prototype and production design activities.




- Serves as a resource on projects and work assignments; employs basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.
- Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.
- Monitors and communicates project status to the project team.
- Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
- Assists with managing project risk and uses quality tools to identify areas of risk.
- Documents and shares team learnings with other teams and leverages prior experiences to enhance project success.
- Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors project metrics and communicates status updates to the Project Manager.
- Supports project leadership, suppliers, product engineers, and technology teams to ensure delivery of robust prototype and production designs, technical risk mitigation plans, and coordinated execution of new product development and product change activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
