Job Title : Technical Service Engineer

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation field.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also be considered.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Electronics and electronic components.
- Good knowledge of electronic products, their applications, functions, and operations.
- Ability to identify faults, troubleshoot products, and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good team-working and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers regarding electronic instruments, applications, functions, and operations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and technical solutions.
- Diagnose product faults and troubleshoot electronic instruments effectively.
- Handle customer technical queries through phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Provide technical guidance for product installation, operation, and applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and applications to customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, service requests, troubleshooting, and resolutions.




- Identify recurring technical issues and coordinate with the concerned department for corrective action.
- Research and recommend new opportunities for product and service improvement.
- Recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, service quality, and profitability.
- Maintain quality service by following company standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication.

Preferred Knowledge

- Industrial automation and electronic instrumentation.
- Sensors, controllers, timers, counters, indicators, temperature controllers, and other electronic instruments.
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting and testing of electronic circuits/instruments.
- Experience in technical service, troubleshooting, technical support, or customer handling will be an added advantage.
