Technical Sales Associate

Location: Lucknow / Varanasi

Exp: 2 to 8 yrs

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech

Role & responsibilities: :

- Drive sales and promotion of TMT bars in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, fabricators, and site influencers.
- Educate customers and partners on TMT bar specifications, grades, and construction technology.
- Conduct site visits, product demos, and technical presentations when required.
- Track competitor activities and share timely market intelligence.
- Work closely with internal teams for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer queries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure strong market penetration

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a energetic and knowledgeable Sales Executive with strong experience in TMT bars and construction technology. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, regional market understanding, and the ability to engage effectively with Builders, Architects, PMC, Contractors etc...
