Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter with a strong focus on W2 hiring to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, VMS/direct client hiring, and sourcing niche technology talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
- Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting channels.
- Recruit for a wide range of IT positions, including AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Software Development.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand job requirements and client priorities.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, work authorization, communication, location preferences, and availability.
- Submit high-quality candidate profiles with detailed screening notes and technical summaries.
- Focus primarily on W2 hiring , with a strong understanding of C2C and 1099 engagements,



and US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, TN, OPT/CPT, etc.).
- Develop a strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Blockchain, AI/Generative AI, and Information Security technologies to effectively source and engage niche technical talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and relationship management.
- Stay updated on US IT market trends, emerging technologies, salary trends, and client hiring demands.

Required Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting W2 candidates for VMS and direct clients.
- Strong knowledge of US IT hiring practices, employment types, tax terms, and work authorizations.
- Experience hiring for niche technologies such as AI/GenAI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Cloud, and Software Engineering.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting and consistently deliver quality submissions.
