.Key Responsibilitie

- sManage end-to-end technical recruitment
- .Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels
- .Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
- .Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical interviews
- .Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures
- .Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- .Achieve hiring targets and close positions within timelines

.Requirement

- s1–3 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment
- .Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills
- .Good understanding of technical roles and technologies
- .Experience with LinkedIn and Naukri
- .Strong communication and negotiation skills
- .Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
