Shift timing: Mon to Fri, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm IST

Role & Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions.
- Identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
- Conduct candidate screening calls and evaluate technical qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Improve hiring processes and drive recruitment best practices.
