What You Will Do

- Source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter/X, Discord communities, and cold outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls - separate signal from noise.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback from interviewers.
- Maintain an organised candidate pipeline (Airtable, spreadsheet, or equivalent).
- Follow up consistently and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Support onboarding: help new hires ramp and track their first 30 days.
- Participate in hiring discussions and contribute to our hiring standards.
- Suggest improvements to job descriptions and the recruitment process.

What We Are Looking For

- 6+ months of recruitment, HR, or operations experience.
- Proven ability to reach out to strangers and build relationships.
- Clear written communication - emails, follow-ups, and feedback should be error-free.
- Organisational discipline: manage multiple pipelines, track deadlines, follow up.
- Genuine interest in tech hiring and how software teams work.





Good to Have

- Experience screening candidates over phone or video.
- Track record of building pipelines or sourcing networks.
- Basic understanding of tech roles: what distinguishes junior from mid-level engineers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar recruitment tools.
- Experience with GitHub or ability to evaluate developer portfolios.
- Startup recruitment or high-growth team hiring experience.
- Knowledge of tech compensation structures in India.
- Basic technical knowledge - doesnt need to code, but should understand what backend/frontend/DevOps mean.

What You Will Work On

- Conversions happen when youre clearly ready, not after a fixed number of months.
