We’re looking for a driven and disciplined Technical Recruiter with strong experience in contract staffing and technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to client coordination, offer closure, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements and client expectations.
- Work on multiple contract requirements simultaneously and ensure timely CV submissions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring teams to understand requirements and provide suitable profiles.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, selection, offer, and onboarding process.
- Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding for contract hires.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records, trackers, and ATS.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for submissions, interviews, and contract conversions.




- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely closures.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with strong exposure to contract hiring/staffing.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Foundit, and other recruitment platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles across areas such as Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, ERP, and related technologies.
- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize based on urgency and business needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, SLA-based recruitment environment.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Experience with ATS/recruitment trackers and maintaining a structured candidate pipeline.

Performance Metrics:

- Contract Conversions: 2–4 successful contract placements per month
- Submission SLA: Initial CV submission within 24 hours of receiving the requirement
- Quality: Minimum 80% shortlist-to-interview ratio
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active and relevant candidate pipeline
- Compliance: 100% accuracy in candidate documentation and onboarding
- Process Discipline: Timely follow-ups and accurate ATS/tracker updates
