Role Summary

Experienced Technical Project Manager with over 15 years of IT experience, including 8+ years in the Banking and Financial Services domain. Proven expertise in leading end-to-end project delivery, customer engagement, solution consulting, and pre-sales activities. Adept at understanding business requirements, proposing technical solutions, preparing project proposals, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex banking transformation initiatives.

Strong knowledge of banking operations, RBI regulatory guidelines, and stakeholder management, with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

/Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer discussions to gather business requirements and define appropriate technical solutions.
- Drive solutioning activities and prepare technical proposals, effort estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and deliver scalable banking solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with banking standards, RBI guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support pre-sales activities,



including RFP/RFI responses, customer presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor project teams and promote best practices in project management and delivery excellence

Technical Skills (Mandatory):
- 15 years of IT experience, including 8+ years in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Positive knowledge of Banking Operations, RBI Guidelines and Banking Regulatory Compliance
- Customer Requirement Analysis & Solutioning
- Pre-Sales & Proposal Management
- Project Planning & Delivery Management
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Core Banking Systems and Digital Banking platforms.
- Understanding of Payment Systems, Trade Finance, and Treasury Operations.
- Experience with cloud-based banking solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience in solution architecture and enterprise application integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience working in Global Capability Centers (GCC) and multi-vendor environments.
- Ability to support business development, customer workshops, and strategic consulting initiatives.

- B-Tech, MBA

Pay: ₹2,046,487.60 - ₹4,059,377.91 per year
