Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver recent products from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within budget completion.

- Coordinate with design, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development process.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously.

- Identify and mitigate risks proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Job Requirements :

- 6-12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry with expertise in ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) or similar roles.

- Strong understanding of product life cycle management including new product introduction (NPI) processes.

- Excellent cross functional coordination skills with ability to work effectively across various departments such as design, engineering, production planning etc.
