Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of digital products and systems. This role coordinates cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, product, and stakeholders—to define requirements, scope projects, and maintain explicit roadmaps and timelines. Day-to-day activities include managing technical project plans, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and implementation details.
The Technical Project
Manager will facilitate stand-ups and reviews, prepare status reports, and maintain documentation that keeps ownership and responsibilities clear.
This role also involves working closely with leadership and clients to manage expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and built with intent.
Qualifications
- Project management skills in planning, prioritization, and coordination of cross-functional teams, with experience managing full lifecycle digital projects.
- Technical understanding of web, mobile, and/or AI-enabled systems, including familiarity with software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud environments, and integration workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including running stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar), and structured documentation practices for requirements, decisions, and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and improve systems and workflows in environments with growing complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent qualified experience.
- Prior experience working with product teams or in a digital agency, consulting, or technology services environment is highly beneficial.
