Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Banking/Financial Services experience to manage end-to-end technology projects, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of banking technology and transformation projects.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams.

- Manage Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery.

- Oversee UAT, integrations, data migration, deployment, and production handover.

- Manage vendors and third-party technology partners.

- Provide regular project status updates to senior stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.





- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and delivery challenges.

Technical & Domain Skills

- Solid understanding of SDLC, application development, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud, and DevOps.

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

- Banking experience across areas such as Payments, Core Banking, Lending, Digital Banking, Risk & Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, or Data.

- Experience delivering complex technology transformation projects.

- 8–12+ years of IT Project Management experience.

- Strong Banking/Financial Services project experience.

- Excellent stakeholder, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is desirable.
