Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing projects. This role involves understanding business and project requirements, managing release backlog, sprint planning, monitoring and controlling stories and tasks & assisting team technically, transparent and on-time communication to client and release planning and execution while ensuring high-quality delivery, strong customer engagement, and alignment between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client business and domain with complete understanding of the projectproduct
- Ensure project commitments, timelines, scope, and code quality standards are met.
- Manage communication confidently with USA-based customers and stakeholders.
- Own and manage release plans, coordinate timelines, scope, and readiness.
- Drive internal alignment to ensure smooth and predictable releases, including addressing technical challenges of the team.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define sprints, WBS, tasks, and priorities.
- Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Well aware of the overall business feature while monitoring and tracking the stories, tasks and test cases to ensure the feature is delivered as per clients expectations
- Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with overall enterprise design and business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, delivery standards, and best practices.
- Ensure engineering practices are followed,



and project deliverables are aligned with the industry best practices being followed

Skills & Experience
- In all 6–10 years of experience, of which atleast 2 years in technically leading the team.
- Hands-on development experience is MUST (preferably in Java, Python, .NET Core or MERN stack)
- Experienced in Engineering practices including SCA, Unit testing and code coverage etc.
- Experienced in implementing design principles and have good understanding of overall solutioning of the projects worked on
- Experience in developing solutions in any of cloud – Azure, AWS or GCP
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-handling skills, especially with US clients.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint ceremonies, and WBS creation including JIRA, Azure DevOp or related tools.
- Ability to work efficiently with global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Nice to Have: Exposure on Data Engineering & AI

Nice to Have
- Experience working on data engineering, analytics or AI.
- Agile/Scrum or Project Management certifications (CSM or PMP).
- Exposure to QA automation and ETL QA.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
