? Position: Technical Engineer (Watershed Management)

? Location: Manendragarh , Chhattisgarh

? Openings: 2 ? Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Engineer, you will play a critical role in project execution:

? Lead and manage project interventions in assigned areas

? Build robust relationships with communities, PRIs, and government officials

? Prepare designs, estimates, and execution plans for watershed structures





? Implement watershed and groundwater management activities

? Maintain records and ensure timely reporting & compliance

? Plan and conduct regular programme review meetings

?️ Provide hands-on support and field-level technical guidance

? Undertake extensive field visits for on-ground implementation ? Qualifications & Experience

? B.Tech in Agriculture / Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering

⏳ 3–5 years of relevant field experience

?️ Knowledge of local language & Hindi preferred

? Prior experience in development sector is an added advantage ? Compensation: Competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience
