Position

Technical Officer / Research Officer (02 Positions)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Recent Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality technical proposals and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for national and international clients.
- Contribute to research design, methodology development, and proposal writing.
- Support Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) assignments.
- Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, report writing, and documentation.
- Develop research tools, assessment frameworks, questionnaires, and analytical plans.
- Coordinate with technical experts and project teams during proposal development and project implementation.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, concept notes, and knowledge products.
- Support project management, quality assurance, and client communication.

Essential Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Humanities , English, Statistics, Economics, Management,



or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in research, proposal writing, consultancy, or MERL.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with research methodologies and data analysis will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills:

- Proposal writing for government, CSR, UN agencies, and development partners.
- Research design and methodology.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL/MERL).
- Quantitative and qualitative research.
- Report writing and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
