Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical leads, providing technical guidance and support.

- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

- Work on system integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to enhance automation capabilities.

- Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in automation delivery.
