Role

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and accessible UI frameworks. In this role, youll leverage modern technologies like React, micro-frontend architecture, and NX monorepos while ensuring enterprise-grade privacy and security compliance. You will play a key role in building user interfaces used to power solutions for healthcare payers, integrating advanced authentication systems like Azure AD SSO, and aligning with HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development of scalable, modular, and responsive UI components using React.js, TypeScript, and contemporary styling frameworks (e.g., TailwindCSS).

- Own the micro-frontend architecture using NX monorepos, enabling modularity, streamlined collaboration, and isolated deployments across teams.

- Architect and integrate secure SSO systems with Azure AD, utilizing OpenID Connect, OAuth2, and Microsoft Identity Libraries.

- Collaborate closely with backend and AI teams to integrate RESTful APIs, manage state (Redux, Zustand, React Query), and deliver cutting-edge AI-powered dashboards and conversational UIs.

- Drive the development and architecture of critical front-end modules, such as Annual Readiness, Agentic AI Console, Provider Support Interfaces, Insight Intelligence, and Product Document Intelligence.

- Emphasize data security, performance optimization, and responsive design while aligning with HIPAA and enterprise-grade standards.

- Enforce team-wide best practices, including accessibility standards, code quality, and thorough peer reviews.

- Participate in Agile workflows,



sprint planning, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps.

Must have skills:

- 8+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack engineer, with significant expertise in React.js and modern frontend development.

- Proven track record building and scaling micro-frontend architectures, preferably using NX monorepos in a production environment.

- Strong experience integrating secure enterprise-grade authentication systems with Azure AD SSO and protocols like OAuth2/OpenID Connect.

- Proficient in RESTful API integration, state management, and applying responsive design best practices.

- Deep understanding of UI/UX optimization and accessibility standards.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control, and automated testing.

- A strong commitment to building secure and privacy-compliant applications (e.g., HIPAA-focused development).

Tech Stack:

- Frontend Frameworks Tools: React.js, TypeScript, NX (monorepo), TailwindCSS / SCSS.

- Authentication Security: Azure AD, MSAL.js / Azure B2C, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.

- State Management: Redux, Zustand, React Query.

- DevOps Design: Azure DevOps, Git, Postman, Figma, Storybook.

- Testing Frameworks: Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library.

Good to have:

- Experience working on conversational UIs or agent-powered dashboards (e.g., chatbots, LLM interfaces).

- Understanding of telemetry tools, analytics tracking, and feature flagging systems.

- Background working in healthtech or access-controlled environments (e.g., HIPAA or healthcare payer systems).
