Position Title: Technical Lead

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Monday to Friday | Fixed Weekend Off | 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software systems with a strong focus on Conversational AI and Voice AI platforms.

This role is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) leadership position, where the Technical Lead will actively participate in architecture design, system development, and production deployment, while also guiding a team of developers.

The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with deep hands-on engineering expertise, contributing directly to code while ensuring system scalability, reliability, and high engineering standards.

The role also requires effective stakeholder management, including collaboration with internal product teams and interaction with clients.

A strong RD mindset is essential, with the ability to explore emerging technologies and develop innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems and AI-driven applications.
- Architect Conversational AI and Voice Bot solutions integrating ASR, LLMs, and voice technologies.
- Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and deploying applications alongside the engineering team.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 developers.
- Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines.




- Design and implement AI-powered conversational and voice-based solutions.
- Integrate technologies such as LLMs, ASR, TTS, and orchestration frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of overall software development experience with 1-1.5 years of technical leadership or team leading experience.
- Solid backend development experience using Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems or SaaS platforms.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading small engineering teams.
