Java Lead / Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Java Lead / Engineering Manager to drive the design and development of large-scale, distributed applications while leading high-performing engineering teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade Java applications.

Build scalable distributed systems using modern Java technologies and microservices.

Mentor and manage engineering teams, fostering innovation and technical excellence.

Collaborate with Product and Program Managers to define product strategy and execution plans.

Drive Agile delivery, technical decision-making, and roadmap planning.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, REST APIs, JPA, and Hibernate.





Solid understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, OOA/OOD, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.

Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

Hands-on experience in distributed systems architecture, infrastructure design, and cloud/on-premise environments.

Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.

Preferred Skills

Product roadmap planning and Agile project management.

Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience influencing technical strategy and engineering best practices.
