Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our client to build and scale a next-generation healthcare data platform. This role involves developing high-quality systems, contributing to architecture, and improving performance and reliability.

Must Have - Technical Competencies

- Hands-on experience in any RPA platforms like UiPath/ Blue Prism/ Automation Anywhere/ Selenium/ Playwright/ Test Automation/ Java Development

- Strong skills in Core Java, JavaScript, Web Services, APIs, Databases, and SQL

- Experience in solution design, code reviews, system integration, and technical documentation

- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and automation best practices

Must Have - Non-Technical Competencies

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of 5-8 members

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Strong ownership, planning, and delivery management skill

- Outstanding leaderships skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of automation projects.

- Review requirements and create scalable technical solutions.

- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to coding standards.





- Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.

- Track and review project deliverables including requirements, design, code, testing, and issue resolution.

- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

- Participate in customer discussions, solution demonstrations, and project reviews.

- Support effort estimation, planning, and project execution.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (B.E., B.Tech., BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M.Sc.)

- 5+ years of experience in RPA, Automation, Software Development, or Test Automation projects

- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise automation solutions.

Valuable to Have

- Certifications in any of the RPA tools like Automationedge/ Uipath/Blueprism/ Automation Anywhere

- Exposure to OCR, Workflow Automation, and Process Optimization
