About the Role

Compass Consult is building an innovative AI product for the EPC domain. We are seeking a Technical Lead who will set the technical tone in line with the product’s vision, mentor engineers, fine-tune architecture, and instil best coding practices across the team.

? What You’ll Do

- Lead and mentor AI Engineers working with Python, FastAPI & Microservices and Full Stack Developers
- Define and refine scalable, high-performance system architectures
- Review and approve merge requests while maintaining code quality and best practices
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide hands-on technical guidance
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, testing, Docker & Kubernetes practices
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align technology with business goals
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration





? What We’re Looking For

- 6 years of software engineering experience
- Experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead / Senior Engineer with mentoring responsibilities
- Robust expertise in Python, FastAPI & Microservices Architecture
- Ability to guide and mentor Full Stack Developers
- Experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
