About the Role

- We’re looking for a Technical Content Writer with 2+ years of experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or software.
- You’ll research and write about SaaS products, AI, and emerging technologies, going beyond surface-level information to understand how products work, explore real-world use cases, compare solutions, and develop independent insights.
- We’re looking for someone who combines strong writing with curiosity, research, and analytical thinking—not someone who simply generates content using AI.

What You’ll Do

- Research SaaS products, AI technologies, industries, and emerging software categories.
- Explore and test software products hands-on when required.
- Analyse product features, workflows, integrations, pricing, positioning, and use cases.
- Research documentation, help centres, release notes, customer feedback, communities, and credible industry sources.
- Write explicit, engaging, research-driven long-form content.
- Analyse competing products and identify meaningful differences.
- Simplify technical concepts for business audiences without losing accuracy.
- Fact-check information and validate claims before publication.
- Apply SEO fundamentals such as search intent, content structure,



semantic relevance, and internal linking.
- Identify opportunities for screenshots, tables, diagrams, workflows, and other supporting visuals.
- Update existing content as products, features, pricing, and technologies evolve.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of professional content writing experience.
- Experience writing about B2B SaaS, software, or technology.
- Excellent written English and storytelling skills.
- Strong research, analytical thinking, and fact-checking abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain software products and technical concepts.
- Willingness to explore and test products independently.
- Ability to develop original perspectives rather than rewrite existing content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and search intent.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and productivity.

Good to Have

- Technical or SaaS content writing experience.
- Knowledge of CRM, Sales Tech, MarTech, Cybersecurity, IT, or AI.
- Familiarity with product documentation and technical resources.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and buyer journeys.
- Experience with SEO/content research tools.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar tools.
