Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and customer service to weaving units and yarn customers.

- Promote and market viscose filament yarn to existing and prospective customers.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with weavers, traders, and manufacturers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable yarn specifications.

- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.

- Resolve customer complaints and provide technical guidance on yarn performance and applications.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Support business development by identifying new customers and expanding market reach.

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma/B.Tech in Textile Engineering or a related field (preferred).

- 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, customer technical service (CTS), or marketing of textile yarns.

- Knowledge of Viscose Filament Yarn is preferred.

- Candidates with experience in the textile, weaving, or filament yarn industry will be given preference.

- Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
