Position Summary

We are seeking a highly articulate, technically grounded Business Analyst to support our engineering team and execute product requirements. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner to take business requirements and collaborate directly with mobile/web app developers and Backend (BE) engineering teams to translate them into highly technical specs.

The ideal candidate deeply understands web and mobile application architectures, can read API structures, map system dependencies, and write flawless, engineering-ready Jira tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Requirement Architecture: Take business goals from the Product Owner and break them down into detailed technical specifications, user flows, and functional wireframes for both Web and Mobile App (iOS & Android) platforms.
- Bridge Frontend & Backend: Work closely with BE teams to understand API capabilities and with FE teams to map how data will be displayed, ensuring all endpoints, fields, and system logic are aligned before development begins.
- Agile Ticket Writing & Grooming: Author exceptionally clear, scannable Jira tickets (User Stories, Technical Tasks, and Bugs) complete with deep technical context, edge cases, and robust Acceptance Criteria.
- Data & API Validation:



Collaborate with developers to review API contracts, JSON payloads, and system flags to ensure data mapping matches business rules perfectly.
- Sprint Facilitation: Act as the primary, English-fluent communicator during backlog grooming and sprint planning, clarifying scope, mapping out dependencies, and unblocking engineering teams daily.
- UAT Collaboration: Support the QA team and stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the delivered product perfectly aligns with the documented technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Background: Basic understanding of contemporary software architecture including how Frontend frameworks interact with Backend APIs, RESTful services, JSON schemas, and web/mobile caching.
- Education: Bachelors degree in a technical field - B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related branch. Master in similar field (M.E. / M.Tech / MCA / MBA in IT or Tech Management) would be bonus
- Platform Fluency: Basic knowledge of how iOS, Android, and web applications operate under the hood (including app store updates, deep-linking, and web-to-app user journeys).
- Administration skills: Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence for backlog management, dependency mapping, and documentation.
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written English. The ability to ask technical questions to developers, present technical requirements clearly.
- Analytical Thinking: Inherently look for edge cases, missing error states, and systemic dependencies before a single line of code is written.
