Description: Summary

The main function of a technical consultant / analyst is to provide strategic guidance regarding technology and IT infrastructures and to enable major business processes through enhancements to IT. A technical consultant / analyst is responsible for analyzing the technical needs of their clients or employers and developing a tailored solution plan to meet these needs.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients or internal departments to understand their technology needs and design solutions to meet these requirements.

Conduct in-depth assessments of the client's current systems and processes, offering recommendations for improvements or new system adoptions.

Develop and present comprehensive analytical reports to clients or management, outlining solutions and the benefits of new technologies.





Implement new systems, including configuring hardware and software and facilitating an effective transition from old to current systems.

Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations relevant to the client's business.

Provide ongoing support and technical assistance for all systems and projects implemented.

Skills

Proven experience in IT consulting, systems analysis, or a similar field.

Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work on complex IT systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage clients' expectations.

Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure, with an understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and IT service management (ITSM) tools.

Proficient in project management methodologies and software.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, necessary to influence key stakeholders and team members.
