Job Title

Technical Application Manager – Electrical & Electronics Products

Objectives of the Position

Provide competent and timely technical and application-related support to global subsidiaries.

Achieve global revenue and margin targets for the assigned product series.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for complex technical or application-specific inquiries from Product Area Managers (PAMs) and, where applicable, General Account Managers (GAMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs).

Develop customer value arguments to differentiate solutions from competitor offerings.

Manage and implement product modifications in alignment with Development, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Controlling teams.





Monitor manufacturing cost trends and initiate corrective actions when required.

Conduct international product training programs.

Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product optimization and discontinuation.

Conduct market and competitor analysis for the relevant product lines.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field.

Business-level proficiency in English.

Willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural understanding.

Solid analytical and conceptual capabilities with confident communication skills.
