The Technical and On-Page SEO Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar.

This role involves performing detailed technical SEO audits, optimizing site architecture, improving page speed and crawlability, and ensuring proper indexing. The executive will manage on-page optimization tasks, including keyword research, meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and content structure to enhance search visibility. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance in tools such as Google Search Console and analytics platforms, identifying issues, and implementing data-driven improvements.

The role also includes collaborating with content, design, and development teams to align SEO best practices across pages and campaigns, and preparing clear performance reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical SEO skills, including experience with site audits, crawl analysis, page speed optimization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data implementation.
- Candidates should possess on-page optimization skills such as keyword research, meta title and description creation,



header tag optimization, internal linking, and content layout refinement.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with SEO tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics (or equivalent), keyword research tools, and site audit platforms.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills to interpret data, track KPIs, generate performance insights, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with content writers, designers, and developers, and to present findings clearly.
- Relevant experience in SEO for multiple industries or agency environments, familiarity with local SEO and eCommerce SEO, and knowledge of current search engine guidelines and best practices are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, computer science, business, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes.
